Dealing with insurance Exchange plan transitions while trying to get critical MS treatment covered has been an absolute nightmare. However, the team at this office has completely redefined what it means to 'go the extra mile' for patients. I truly cannot express the full depth of my appreciation for them. I quite literally owe them my treatment and my life. If you want a medical team that actually fights for you, this is them.

Due to changes in insurance because of going on an Exchange plan I am going through a nightmare to have things I need for my treatment. If you can think of a hurdle I am facing it to have treatment for MS covered. I have to leave a note for people to see. This office has redefined “going the extra mile” for their patients. I can’t express the appreciation I have for this team. I quite literally owe them my treatment and life.

First time at clinic the staff is very friendly and nice. The doctor listen, was very nice, very patient. The wait time was not long and it was a awesome first experience

Kept waiting for almost an hour to get results for an EEG and an MRI. When we decided to give up, (clearly we were not going to get any results,) on request they refused to give them to us, although it is illegal to deny a patient copies of their results. I would give them a hard pass. They stated that the results could only be sent to another neurologist. Totally untrue. If they have to lie to their patients, how can you trust them with anything?

Office staff was very helpful, especially Amanda.
Only complaint is the entrance to the office. The VERY steep, narrow, abrupt ramp was a major challenge for people using a walker.

Carlos Fuentes is professional great bedside manners. I liked what ALOT of people that refered & talked to was true. Not only him his staff treated me with kindness. Young man Kevin helped me with link patient young man. I'm very happy that I went to Frontier Nuirolovy on mesa. Thank u Mr. Carlos Fuentes with all my heart.

Dr Fuentes is the best doctors hands down! He always remembers you and takes time to make sure you have everything you need. He also has fit me in same day for nerve blocks to stop day/week long migraines. There is no better doctor in El Paso than him!
