Everyone we encountered was friendly. The check-in process was efficient. Overall time spent at office was 1.25 hours. Of that time, about 15 minutes was with the check-in process as a new patient, about 10 minutes was with the nurse when called back to the room and about 5 minutes was with the doctor. As to be expected, imaging was ordered as it is needed to determine progression of disease. However, when we brought up concern about how long it would take to get required imaging scheduled as an open order in our home town (3-6 months…known from years of experience) and voiced concern about the new symptoms associated with the disease whom our referring PCP considered to be urgent, we were told that there is nothing you can do to prevent a stroke. While we know that to be true, it was a bit disappointing that the doctor left it at that without offering options for imaging in El Paso and said we will see you back once you get the imaging completed.

Staff is professional and very kind. I quickly was shown to examination room, asked to fill in personal info on an easy to handle computer iPad.
Dr. Fuentes is excellent, explaining exactly what course of action and medication I would be taking. I had an opportunity to ask questions. All in all, it was a very positive experience.
